Caliber Home Loans Busted Selling Customer Information To A Plethora Of Sickos Including A Kiddie Porn Peddler

BUSTED! Caliber Home Loans Is Selling Your Information To Convicted Kiddie Porn Peddlars And Peeping Toms!
Shout it from the rooftops and shout it out from your window! Caliber Home Loans busted for selling private homeowner information to convicted sex offenders and kiddie porn peddlers. MFI-Miami discovered this quite by accident. Caliber Home Loans and the sex offender dropped the ball.
An MFI-Miami client named Mary received a solicitation mailing from scam modification company, Serenity Financial Serves in California. I’ve written about them before (see below).
Mary is in active foreclosure litigation with Lone Star Funds with Caliber Home Loans is servicing the loan.
The solicitation letter also contained specific information about Mary’s loan such as her loan amount and her unpaid balance. In addition, it also contained the dollar amount of Mary’s arrearage.
The letter came to MFI-Miami’s mailing address. For some reason, Caliber Home Loans mails Mary’s monthly mortgage statements and loan modification offers to us. They must think she and her boyfriend live in my mailbox.

  Deutsche Bank Plans To Foreclose On Trump Organization Properties If They Can’t Dump Trump’s $340 Million Debt Deutsche Bank plans to end the bank’s relationship with the Trump Organization and Donald Trump after the U.S. elections. The Trump Organization owes the bank about $340 million. The loans are against Trump’s golf course in Miami and hotels in Washington and Chicago. Deutsche Bank gave the Trump Organization loans that have Trump paying only interest on the loans so far. The entire principal is outstanding on two of the three loans. The loans come due in 2023 and 2024. The three loans against Trump’s properties and start coming due in two years.
