Mark Stopa Law Firm In Chaos After FDLE Raid And Employees Quit From Stress!

mark stopa law firmThe Mark Stopa law firm is in utter chaos and liquidation bankruptcy filing is imminent. Stopa’s immediate suspension in July was only the beginning of the end of the once prominent law firm.
The law firm’s office was raided by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in August. The FDLE carted off boxes of files and computer files.
As a result, attorneys and support staff have quit after suffering stress-related breakdowns. A liquidation bankruptcy filing is imminent.
The Tampa lawyer who took over Stopa’s 4,200 pending cases said the firm is unable to make payroll or hire and train new employees. He filed and an emergency motion in a North Florida court this week.
Richard Mockler wrote in the motion:
It is unclear who will now represent the thousands of foreclosure victims who sought Stopa’s help.

  Deutsche Bank Plans To Foreclose On Trump Organization Properties If They Can’t Dump Trump’s $340 Million Debt Deutsche Bank plans to end the bank’s relationship with the Trump Organization and Donald Trump after the U.S. elections. The Trump Organization owes the bank about $340 million. The loans are against Trump’s golf course in Miami and hotels in Washington and Chicago. Deutsche Bank gave the Trump Organization loans that have Trump paying only interest on the loans so far. The entire principal is outstanding on two of the three loans. The loans come due in 2023 and 2024. The three loans against Trump’s properties and start coming due in two years.
