Florida Foreclosure Defense Attorney Mark Stopa Fighting Desperate Battle To Keep His Bar License 

Attorney Mark StopaHotshot attorney Mark Stopa was once one of the most popular foreclosure defense lawyers in Florida.
Stopa is now fighting for his legal career for the second time in three years. This time he could find himself permanently disbarred.
Attorney Mark Stopa was once the darling of the foreclosure activist movement but soon became infamous for his boorish and obnoxious behavior in court.
In 2016, the Florida Bar claimed Stopa ripped off and misled two foreclosure clients. Now, the Florida Bar is claiming Stopa violated at least a half dozen rules of professional conduct and is seeking to have him permanently disbarred.
Pinellas County Circuit Judge Linda Allan has already agreed that the Bar has proved five of the six misconduct counts against Stopa.

  Deutsche Bank Plans To Foreclose On Trump Organization Properties If They Can’t Dump Trump’s $340 Million Debt Deutsche Bank plans to end the bank’s relationship with the Trump Organization and Donald Trump after the U.S. elections. The Trump Organization owes the bank about $340 million. The loans are against Trump’s golf course in Miami and hotels in Washington and Chicago. Deutsche Bank gave the Trump Organization loans that have Trump paying only interest on the loans so far. The entire principal is outstanding on two of the three loans. The loans come due in 2023 and 2024. The three loans against Trump’s properties and start coming due in two years.
