ICE Lawyer Raphael Sanchez Accused Of Stealing The Identities Of Seven Immigrants Under Review By ICE

ICE Lawyer Raphael Sanchez is accused of stealing the identities of multiple immigrants. Sanchez is the Chief ICE Lawyer for Seattle.

The alleged scheme took place between October 2013 and October 2017.

Prosecutors alleged Sanchez stole the name and Social Security number of a Chinese national identified only as R.H. He also stole used the birthdate of the Chinese national to pay bills.

The charges state that on April 18, 2016, Sanchez sent himself an email through his government account containing an image of a U.S. permanent resident card and the biographical page of a Chinese passport issued to R.H.

Sanchez now faces one count of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

  Deutsche Bank Plans To Foreclose On Trump Organization Properties If They Can’t Dump Trump’s $340 Million Debt Deutsche Bank plans to end the bank’s relationship with the Trump Organization and Donald Trump after the U.S. elections. The Trump Organization owes the bank about $340 million. The loans are against Trump’s golf course in Miami and hotels in Washington and Chicago. Deutsche Bank gave the Trump Organization loans that have Trump paying only interest on the loans so far. The entire principal is outstanding on two of the three loans. The loans come due in 2023 and 2024. The three loans against Trump’s properties and start coming due in two years.
