Waterstone Mortgage Now Offering No Credit Score Mortgages. Is This A Game Changer?

Up until now, if you had bad or no credit history you couldn’t get a mortgage. Wisconsin-based Waterstone Mortgage announced yesterday that it is now lending to borrowers who do not have a credit history. Waterstone Mortgage is making the program is available in the 48 states.
Waterstone Mortgage is calling their program, the “Non-Traditional Credit Program.”
The company says it will use other payment history indicators. They will look at other forms of payment history like cell phone bills, rent, and utilities when underwriting a borrower.

House Candidate Jennifer Suidan Accused Of Embezzling $100,000 From Elected Official’s Campaign Account A Michigan House candidate is accused of embezzling more than $100,000 from another politician’s campaign funds. Jennifer Suidan  allegedly embezzled more than $100,000 from Oakland County Treasurer Andy Meisner’s campaign account. Meisner made the allegations at a  news conference from the  Goodman Acker  law firm. Suidan worked at the law firm and was fired because of the alleged embezzlement. She worked as a nonlawyer managing the campaign funds at the law firm for Meisner and other Democrats. The prominent suburban Detroit law firm handles primarily personal injury claims. Disgraced Toilet Slave Priest Peter Miqueli Who Used Church Funds To Pay For S&M Master Found Dead Disgraced toilet slave priest ­Peter Miqueli was found dead in his New Jersey home yesterday. Miqueli was  accused of embezzling $1 million  from his Bronx parish in 2015.
