Former Champion Porsche VP Pleads Guilty To $3 Million Fraud Scheme Involving Non-Existent Porsche Models It seems as if former Champion Porsche VP, Shiraaz Sookralli will be going to prison for a long time. The former Champion Porsche VP  pleaded guilty for operating a fraud scheme  on September 13, 2019. Sookralli created bogus sales orders of non-existent exotic Porsche models to over 30 customers throughout the United States. Champion Porsche and federal investigator originally believed Sookralli only scammed $2.2 million from customers. However, final accounting shows the amount to be closer to $3 million. Federal prosecutors indicted Sookralli in April. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud.  As a result, the court has scheduled Sookralli for sentencing on November 14, 2019.  He faces a maximum sentence of twenty years in prison. Former VP of Champion Porsche Charged in $2.2 Million Fraud Scheme Involving Non-Existent Rare Porsche Models Shiraaz Sookralli and his wife A former VP of Sales for Copans Motorsports d/b/a Champion Porsche was indicted for scamming over 30 Champion Porsche customers. Federal prosecutors  charged Shiraaz Sookralli with mail fraud and wire fraud. They also charged him with conspiracy and money laundering. The complaint states Sookralli opened a shell corporation in 2017. He used a name resembling Champion Porsche. Sookralli then opened a bank account in the shell corporation’s name. Sookralli then entered into bogus sales orders with customers for the unauthorized sales of non-existent or future exotic Porsche  911 GT3s  and  911 GT3 RSs .  As a result, he required deposits from his victims in the form of wire transfers or cash. Champion Porsche VP Disappears After Pocketing $2.5 Million In Deposits From Wealthy Car Buyers Shiraaz Sookrali and his wife The largest Porsche dealership in North America is facing a serious problem. Champion Porsche’s vice president of marketing, Shiraaz Sookrali has vanished without a trace. This would be a missing person case of a missing person except for one thing. Sookrali took $2.5 million in deposits from wealthy clients with him. These unsuspecting wealthy clients entrusted Sookralli to get them ultra-elite  911 GT3s  and  911 GT3 RSs . Sookrali allegedly created multiple shell companies including “Champion Autosport” and “Rampage Motors” He made fake documents to trick deep-pocketed customers into thinking that they were placing orders for a real car.
