Florida Governor Ron DeSantis removed Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel a little over a year ago. The public conscience was that it was for Israel’s poor handling of school security. Scott Israel’s critics alleged that his inept management resulted in the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in February 2018.  However, Scott Israel had a big secret. He had a lot of scumbag friends. Two of Israel’s biggest scumbag friends were Fort Lauderdale Ponzi schemer and disbarred  lawyer Scott Rothstein . Rothstein is now serving a 50-year sentence in federal prison for running a $1.2 Billion Ponzi scheme out of his Fort Lauderdale law office. Rothstein and several of his now-disgraced associates gave handsomely to Israel’s political campaigns. It Appears Bail Bondsman Wayne David Collins Committed Perjury To Get A Florida And Rhode Island Bail Bonds License  The Rhode Island Rat aka Wayne David Collins It turns out that the  Rhode Island rat  Wayne David Collins is more than a rat and a snitch. He is also a pathological liar. MFI-Miami has obtained his 1999 bail bonds license application. It appears Wayne David Collins committed perjury. How did we get it?? We sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the Florida Department of Financial Services.  We requested a copy of Collins’s bail bonds license application and the applications of several other people. Applications for public licenses such as bail bondsmen, lawyers, and real estate brokers are public record.
