Bank of America Executive Busted Berating Employees Who Wanted To Work From Home Over COVID-19 Fears Bank of America Executive Fabrizio Gallo Leaked audio has revealed a Bank of America executive Fabrizio Gallo was caught berating traders who planned to work from home during the  coronavirus  pandemic. CNBC obtained a leaked recording of the shocking remarks. Financial experts have also called the comments cold-blooded. The head of Bank of America’s Global Head of Equities told the bank’s top equity and equity derivatives traders that long-term remote work would not be an option on the March 25 conference call. Bank Of America Offers Coronavirus Relief To Bank of America Mortgage Customers Bank of America mortgage customers affected by the Coronavirus will be getting a break. The bank announced Thursday afternoon it was offering relief for consumers and small business clients impacted by the coronavirus. According  to the bank , Bank of America mortgage and home equity customers can request to defer their payments for up to 6 months while the virus crisis rages. The bank would then add the mortgage payments to the end of their loan. Basically, borrowers can get a break on their payments but will have to make those payments eventually. Bank of America stated the payment deferral will be available on a case-by-case basis. The bank stated the payment deferral program can also be extended on a month-to-month term. MFI-Miami has busted a suburban Milwaukee foreclosure mill for filing altered mortgage documents as evidence in a foreclosure case. The Bank of America Foreclosure Mill is BP Peterman Law Group. BP Peterman Law Group was representing Bank of America in a foreclosure action against Dwayne Mosley. Bank of America panicked after learning Mosley had hired MFI-Miami to investigate the file. As a result, they sold the mortgage to Carrington Mortgage Services during litigation.  Here’s what happened: On February 20, 2018, BP Peterman filed a foreclosure complaint against Mosley in the Waukesha Circuit Court. As in any judicial foreclosure, the lender’s lawyer must provide a copy of the mortgage along with mortgage assignments and the note with any allonges as exhibits in the complaint. Bank of America Housing Discrimination Lawsuit Gets A Green Light

Federal Judge In Maryland Green Lights Bank of America Housing Discrimination Lawsuit  A federal judge in Maryland denied a motion Thursday to dismiss a Bank of America housing Discrimination lawsuit. 20 housing groups and two homeowners filed the suit against Bank of America and Safeguard Properties Management.  The  suit was  filed in June of 2018. The housing groups accuse the two companies of intentionally failing to provide routine exterior maintenance. They also accuse BofA of not marketing the BofA-owned homes in Black and Latino neighborhoods. However, BofA consistently maintains similar bank-owned properties in white neighborhoods. Plaintiffs also say BofA actively markets those properties. NFHA said the lawsuit was the culmination of a multi-year investigation by the organization and its fair housing partners. BofA Violated Fair Housing Act Says Civil Rights Groups

Civil Rights Groups Sue BofA Claiming BofA Violated Fair Housing Act Civil rights groups are coming together to bring a lawsuit against Bank of America and Safeguard Properties Management. They claim that Safeguard and BofA violated the Fair Housing Act. The National Fair Housing Alliance and two homeowners from Maryland filed a lawsuit against the two companies. The 19 groups that make up the Alliance claim the two companies failed to provide routine exterior maintenance for Bank of America-owned homes in minority neighborhoods across 37 metro areas. They also claim BofA and Safeguard failed to market the properties. The National Fair Housing Alliance compared the properties with mostly white neighborhoods. The Alliance alleges BofA consistently maintained its homes in predominately white neighborhoods The groups say they found shocking evidence of wildly overgrown grass and weeds which is the least of the problems.
