MFI-Miami has issued a Florida Reverse Mortgage Scam Alert!
It seems like Reverse Mortgage servicing companies are pulling a reverse mortgage scam on unsuspecting seniors with a Florida Reverse Mortgage. They are showing no shame in doing it either. 
Reverse mortgages are great because they give seniors who are house rich and cash poor needed cash. Local taxes and any HOA fees are still the responsibility of the homeowner.
Servicers can and will foreclosure if the taxes are not paid.
Reverse mortgages are great for most seniors. Unfortunately, reverse mortgage servicing companies have figured out how to cash in by screwing equity-rich seniors with Nassau County Reverse Mortgages. Champion Mortgage and Reverse Mortgage Solutionsappear to be the biggest culprits in this scam.

House Candidate Jennifer Suidan Accused Of Embezzling $100,000 From Elected Official’s Campaign Account A Michigan House candidate is accused of embezzling more than $100,000 from another politician’s campaign funds. Jennifer Suidan  allegedly embezzled more than $100,000 from Oakland County Treasurer Andy Meisner’s campaign account. Meisner made the allegations at a  news conference from the  Goodman Acker  law firm. Suidan worked at the law firm and was fired because of the alleged embezzlement. She worked as a nonlawyer managing the campaign funds at the law firm for Meisner and other Democrats. The prominent suburban Detroit law firm handles primarily personal injury claims. Toilet Slave Priest Found Dead In His New Jersey Home

Disgraced Toilet Slave Priest Peter Miqueli Who Used Church Funds To Pay For S&M Master Found Dead Disgraced toilet slave priest ­Peter Miqueli was found dead in his New Jersey home yesterday. Miqueli was  accused of embezzling $1 million  from his Bronx parish in 2015. The kinky priest used the money to pay for kinky sessions with his S&M “master” Brick Township police said Mi­queli died at his home there but declined to provide further details. Miqueli  resigned as pastor of St. Frances de Chantal parish  in Throggs Neck in 2015 amid allegations that he swiped the cash to fund his $1,000-a-pop S&M sessions with his beefcake “master” Keith Crist. Miqueli forced Crist to break it off with his then-girlfriend Tatyana Gudin.
