Homeowners in Monroe are underwater and many are at risk of going into foreclosure.  You can thank Emily Convers and the  crazed Mad Max biker gang mentality of United Monroe for inspiring us to do it. Hence, why I named the special after them.  You can also thank Emily Convers and her cadre of angry drunken supporters like Greg Gilligan   for putting your home underwater. So, next time you see Emily shopping at Shoprite you can thank her for nuking your home's value. Monroe Homeowners Are In Trouble Thanks To United Monroe Emily Convers founded United Monroe afte...

Caliber Home Loans Busted Selling Private Information To Convicted Kiddie Porn Peddler & Peeping Tom MFI-Miami has discovered Caliber Home Loans is selling private loan information to convicted sex offenders. We discovered this quite by accident and because Caliber Home Loans and the sex offender dropped the ball. Last week, we received a solicitation letter addressed to our client, Mary from Serenity Financial Serves in California. Mary is in active foreclosure litigation with Lone Star Funds with Caliber Home Loans is servicing the loan. Lone Star Funds has a 50% stake in Caliber Home Loans. The solicitation letter also contained specific information about Mary's loan. The letter came to MFI-Miami's mailing address where Caliber Home Loans mails Mary's monthly mortgage statements and loan modification offers. So we know Serenity Financial Services got Mary's information either directly or indirectly from Caliber. MFI-Miami did an in...

Serenity Financial Services - SCAM ALERT

Image
Serenity Financial Services Mails Solicitation Saying People Qualify For Non-Existent Government Programs Serenity Financial Services in California better lawyer up. I see a major lawsuit coming from the California Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission in their future. The mailing makes you think you just got an official letter from a federal government agency. The only problem is there is no return address. Yet it still looks like an official government letter. The body of the solicitation from Serenity Financial Services is just as misleading. Ever hear of the government program,  Making Homes Affordable Program? According to this letter, homeowners qualify for it. The solicitation even uses the HAMP logo. The letter also claims the homeowner is eligible for a 30% principal write-down and a 2% interest rate: This notice is to advise you that pursuant to the Making Home Affordable government program, you are eligible for...
